Event-related correspondence: retained for up to 5 years following the conclusion of the relevant event, to support any contractual or legal obligations. Website technical logs: retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Marketing consent records: retained until you withdraw your consent, after which the record of consent is retained for a further 1 year for compliance purposes.

When your personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it. If immediate deletion is not technically feasible (for example, where data is stored in secure backup archives), we will isolate the data from further processing and delete it as soon as practicable.
